DESCRIPTION:Brainspotting is a powerful brain-body-mindfulness-based relational therapy used for the treatment of trauma as well as personal growth and expansion. Brainspotting is an open, integrative model, which can be used with other treatment models and adapted to many different populations and areas of specialization.
