Brainspotting (BSP) is an integrative process that can fit well with various clinical situations. Using a case presentation format, Jeff Ryan will share how Brainspotting can be integrated into treatment for substance abuse and its related struggles.

Some of the areas explored will be:

• Developing internal resources to support substance abuse treatment
• Phase oriented BSP approaches to working substance abuse
• Issue specific BSP interventions in treating substance abuse

Jeff Ryan LPC, CSAC, CSIT is a US based Brainspotting trainer. He is the owner of Advanced Counseling and Consulting Services (ACCS), a clinical and consulting clinic in Neenah, WI. For the last 7 years, he has been exploring and integrating BSP in treating substance abuse, dissociation and trauma. He provides Phase 1 BSP training, certification consultation, and consultation with integrating BSP with substance abuse and other disorders.
