Karen Pleshe

Karen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been providing individual, couples, and family counseling services since 1999. She is trained in EMDR, is a Certified in Brainspotting since 2014, and is a Certified Imago Relationship therapist. Karen’s love for Brainspotting comes from her passion in empowering clients to utilize their own ability to heal. David Grand says, “when clients connect to the subcortical brain (subconscious) the insight and change are more long lasting and impactful”. Karen has helped clients heal using Brainspotting when they suffer from: anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, grief, addictions and life performance issues.
