Midwest Brainspotting Institute presents:
Neural Safety with Julie Robinson Swensen
Neural safety is designed to help orient your brain to physical and relational safety, or in other words, it works with the fear and shame circuits in the brain. This set-up primarily draws attention to the neural circuitry in the brain to help strengthen a sense of safety and improve overall executive functioning skills. This three part set-up complements Brainspotting’s traditional bottom-up approach to healing however, it may be more appropriately seen as a top-down/bottom-up approach.
