I am a Certified Brainspotting Therapist and Consultant, trained in Phases 1, 2, 3, 4, and Master Class; plus several specialty trainings for various Brainspotting techniques.

Cesilia is the group practice owner of Growing Mindful Psychotherapy, Creciendo Plenamente, LLC located in West Allis, WI. In addition to Brainspotting, Cesilia is trained in Theraplay, EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Her Clinical specialties include trauma, group work and the Latinx community. As a private practice clinician she offers bilingual (English/Spanish) and bi-cultural psychotherapy, consultation and training.
Cesilia is a Certified Brainspotting Consultant having completed CIT Program in English and in Spanish. Cesilia is also the first Certified Brainspotting Bilingual Latinx Trainer for the US, offering training in English and Spanish.
