Biographical Info Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker, therapist, and coach. I specialize is using brainspotting and other compassion-based methods to help you with trauma, mental health, and general life stressors. I have seen many incredible recoveries and transformations during my last 15 years in this field. Being a part of your healing and growth motivates me to continue my work as a therapist and coach. I am deeply honored to be a part of your healing, change, and recovery. I am originally an east coaster, but I now live and work in Milwaukee, WI.
